Hi, I'm Mike, a family guy who is all about feeding people and knowing where my food comes from. Whether it's through hunting and fishing, or tending to my homestead, I’m obsessed with producing and experimenting with all sorts of delicious food! My specialty is growing garlic with unique flavour profiles.

Pre-Ordering Your Garlic

Every year, by mid-August, our garlic is carefully cured and ready for you to pick up at our Farm in Bradner, BC, Canada. The exceptions are our early varieties, China Rose and Deep Purple, which become available from mid-June on. Since farming loves to keep us guessing with the weather, harvest times and yields can change.  You can place your order online in spring, and once the garlic is cured, we’ll email you the exact weekend to come and collect your fresh bulbs.
